how much of luck matters in life? how much of luck works for pple who succeed? is everything based on luck?

i believe that luck only takes up a little bit of everything... true... without luck, opportunities wont present themselves to you... but it's the choices u make in life that determine where u go... a lot of everything is dependent on the choices u make and the consequences that follow...

but well... some pple believe in luck... some even say most things happen and are the way they are because 50% is luck...

i guess these pple have yet to understand the ability of choice and consequence... neither have these pple been in really bad luck and worked themselves out of it...

they just need to learn...

i dun like being sick... my throat's inflammed... and ive been up with high fever the whole of yesterday and today...

argh... my whole body's aching... i cant decide if i actually feel cold or hot... and my throat... oh god... even yawning is such torture...

what more i have a test tomorrow... whole of yesterday i din study... i have to force myself to study today... sucks...

i really hate being sick...

im so dead... lotsa deadlines to meet... philo papers... my body language thesis... everything everything everything...

but im glad there's rockapella tonight... cant wait really... i hope they put up a good show manz... haha! i enjoyed last year's... i hope this year's as good... or even better...

well... the last fun thing that happened to me - Borneo Motors carolling! haha... it was ultra fun... except for me having cold feet and forgetting my parts like minutes before the performance... sorry to my fellow girls who had to keep rehearsing it with me... sorry dawn for bugging you down so much that day... u were terribly patient with me... heh... such a darling as always...

after Borneo we went down to Vivo to watch Game Plan... 11.30 show... so we hung at Ben and Jerry's for ice-cream first... i shared a waffle bowl with b... yummy yummy yummy... havent had ice cream in a long time u see... or at least yummy ice cream...

Game Plan was awesome funny shit... it's a damn good show... i think im starting to have a crush on The Rock... can u imagine a WWF star becoming an actor where he is now... he's got the most brilliant smile... even marcus thinks so... so my oogling isnt a crime here... haha! Patten was so damn cute too... i love the show... id watch it again and again and again... as i watched mulan again and again and again for like 75 times already. haha!

and all along these... ive been having the whole house and the whole car to myself... my parents and my bro left for US on Wed... for 3 whole weeks... with my sister who's meeting them there... such a pity i cant go... cuz they planned the holiday without realising that in uni exams end in dec??? yea... but oh wells... at least B is doing all he can to make my life alone here damn meaningful and fun... which i damn well appreciate... haha!

so driving arnd spore has been such an experience... of cuz car tagging is fun too (joel and his signals)... alot of virgin experiences on roads ive never been before... not to mention drive on before... so all's good... im currently figuring out a way to get from Sembawang camp to Esplanade for tonight... i hope esplanade's carpark is friendly - by that i mean not narrow and hard to manouvere... u know... driving a honda odeyssey isnt very easy with it's oh-so-long body...

so upcoming events planned by B to make this not so boring for me would be FISHING!!!! haha! well... i enjoyed the previous fishing day so much... but it was too hot and im peeling now... so we're looking for midnight fishing... :D fun! and BBQ's... and yummy dinners... and hanging out with friends... and alot of studying in btwn all that... exams are freaking coming... rah!

so yea... life's been pretty okok for me recently... a bit of confusion actually... but i hope nth too big for me to handle... i just have to wait it out and take dawn's advise to just lie low and wait... i can do it... it's not that hard really...
